Distance charge
First 10 km from the supplier's filling point is included. After that, ₹[XX] per km is added and shown before you confirm.
Platform fee
A flat ₹[XX] per booking covers verification, tracking and support. It is shown as a separate line in your receipt.
Peak season
In March–June, prices in some areas may rise with supplier rates. The higher price is always shown before you pay — we never change it afterwards.
Cancellation charges
Free until the supplier accepts. After acceptance, ₹[XX]. Once the tanker starts moving, ₹[XX] or [XX]% of the order value.
